    Yes, the breakfast is included in the price. The continental breakfast is served in the spacious and elegant hall in colder months and in the garden, under an ivy pergola, in the summer. We can serve gluten-free breakfasts.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes.
  • Do you have a garden or a pergola where we can relax or enjoy our breakfast?
    Yes, around the Villa there is a beautiful garden and you can enjoy your breakfast under the ivy pergola
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French, Spanish
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The rooms are on the second floor, there is a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All the rooms of the villa are very quiet, private and romantic. The atmosphere is wonderful in any rooms because the Villa is immersed in the green landscape of the Florence hills.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, we provide all linens and towels.
  • Do the rooms have a terrace/courtyard?
    1 room has a private balcony and all the rooms have a delightful view

    Yes, all the rooms are No Smoking

    No, but there is the satellite TV inside of the tower mansard.

    Yes, all the room are endowed with high-speed wi-fi internet connection.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Is there any extra charge for this?
    All the rooms have air condioning, included in the price.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    There is the toward mansard and the ivy pergola in the garden where the guests can bring their food. We can provide to call the pizza taxi.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room?
    No, at the moment.
  • Is there a swimming pool?
    No. But Florence has a few public swimming pools.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, the parking is available and it is included in the price
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, but there are a number of fitness clubs in Florence within walking distance which offer daily, weekly rates.
  • Is it possible (and safe) to make jogging around the Villa?
    Yes

    No, but for your knowledge we have a very friendly Siamese cat (Irina).
