Guests are welcome
to check in from unless prior arrangments have
been made with the owners. |
Above prices include: Breakfast,
car parking, daily cleaning, linen, water, electricity,
gas, taxes.
Payment Methods
In
order to definitively confirm your
stay we usually ask for a 20% token payment .
As soon as we receive your payment we will write
you back specifying the amount that we have received,
as well as the remaining one to be paid at the
end of your stay. These credit cards are
welcomed:
You can send us
your credit card information [number,
expiration date and exact name of the owner]
via fax at +39 055 495073. In
case of 'NO SHOW' your credit
card will be charged only for the 20% of
the total amount due.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
made in less than 30-day period will not qualify
for the refund of the deposit.
